Payment Terms: A 50% deposit of the full amount of the purchase, plus estimated shipping costs and shipping management fees, are due upon execution of the purchase contract. The balance is due within 5 working days after written notification that the order is complete and ready to be shipped. This includes all additional upgrades and services. Funds must be made by either Wire Transfer or in certified funds.

Shipping Estimates: Houdini Housing acquires shipping estimates and facilitates shipping transactions on behalf of the client. The client contracts directly with the shipping agencies and Houdini Housing charges a 20% management fee of the total shipping fee including all tariffs, taxes and port fees to handle the transaction on behalf of the client. Houdini Housing is not responsible for delays or price increases from these serves.
Installation By Houdini Housing: If Houdini Housing is contracted to assemble or install your home or commercial purchase, payment terms are 50% of the total estimated cost in advance and the balance due upon completion. Labor is guaranteed for 90 days and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
