Houdini Housing sells homes that are 90% complete. Setup and assembly is provided by the customer or dealer. Therefore they are considered a kit and not a final product. The 12 Month Limited Warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship of the components only and not the labor or loss of time to assemble them.
Houdini Housing will provide replacement parts for defects in workmanship at no cost to the customer during the 12 month warranty period. “Replacement” means furnishing a new part, which is identical or reasonably equivalent to the original product, covered by this warranty.
When your order arrives, you will need to open and inspect all the components immediately for any damage incurred during the shipping process. You will only have 7 working days to put in a warranty claim for damages during shipping.
After which, only defective items will be warrantied for a period of 12 months from delivery date.
